  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.

  • In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar substitute using a mixer on medium speed for 3 minutes until light and fluffy.

  • Add the egg and vanilla extract, and beat on medium speed for 30 seconds until combined.

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together white whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.
