Salisbury Steaks with Mushroom Gravy Directions:

  • Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, egg, onion, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl.

  • Shape mixture into 6 oval patties.

  • Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown patties for 4 minutes per side. Transfer to slow cooker.
