Directions:

Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the crescent roll dough package. (~375 degrees F if not specified)
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, vanilla extract, and confectioners' sugar. Mix until smooth and well blended.
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles.
Spread a thin, even layer of the cream cheese mixture onto each triangle of dough.
Place a few fresh raspberries on top of the cream cheese mixture on each triangle.
Starting from the wider end, roll up each triangle, enclosing the cream cheese and raspberries inside.
Place the rolled-up crescent rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between each roll.
Bake in the preheated oven for the time indicated on the crescent roll dough package (~10 minutes), or until the rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
Once baked, remove the rolls from the oven and allow them to cool slightly before serving.
Optionally, you can dust the rolls with a bit of additional confectioners' sugar before serving for a finishing touch.
