Plum Cake Ingredients:
For the dough:
- ½ cup light butter
 - ½ cup erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
 - 1 packet vanilla sugar or 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - 2 large eggs
 - 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
 - 1 tsp baking powder
 - ¾ cup ground almonds
 
For the topping:
- 1 ½ lbs plums, pitted and halved
 - 1 tbsp sugar substitute for sprinkling
