Pizza on a Cut Da Carb Wrap Directions:
I sautéed mushrooms onions and grape tomatoes. Before adding the veggies I sprayed the wrap with olive oil and placed in the oven for 7 min on 375 to crisp up the flatbread.
After 7 min take out and Spread a wedge of soft cheese on bottom, add veggies, top with 1 oz of shredded mozzarella and 1 T parm cheese.
Placed it back in oven for 5-7 to melt cheese. I also added jalapeño peppers for a little heat.
