Pistachio Bread Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Lightly coat two standard loaf pans with nonstick spray.

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cake mix, pistachio pudding mix, hot water, applesauce, eggs, and food coloring until smooth.

  • Add the chopped pistachios and whisk for 1 to 2 minutes.

  • Divide the batter evenly between the prepared loaf pans. Add sprinkles on top if using.
