Spoon the remaining glaze evenly over the sweet potatoes.
Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 3 1/2 hours, until the sweet potatoes are tender but still hold their shape.
Avoid stirring during cooking.
Spoon the glaze from the bottom of the slow cooker over the sweet potatoes.
Let the sweet potatoes stand on WARM with the lid slightly ajar for 10 minutes.
Transfer the sweet potato rounds to a serving platter and spoon a little glaze over the top.
