Oven Baked Sausage and Mushroom Pasta Gratin Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  • Cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  • Add sliced sausage and cook until browned. Remove from skillet.

  • Add onion to the same skillet and cook until translucent.

  • Add garlic and mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms soften.

  • Pour in evaporated milk and chicken broth. Simmer for 4 minutes.

  • Stir in Parmesan, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper.

  • Add pasta and sausage back to the skillet and mix well.

  • Transfer to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the top.

  • Bake for 25 minutes until melted and lightly golden.

  • Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  • Garnish with parsley.
