Stir in Parmesan, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper.

Add pasta and sausage back to the skillet and mix well.

Transfer to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.

Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the top.

Bake for 25 minutes until melted and lightly golden.

Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
