Oven Baked Garlic Parmesan Noodles Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13-inch metal baking pan.
Boil the egg noodles in salted water according to package directions until al dente, then drain well.
Melt the butter and mix with minced garlic until fully combined.
Return the drained noodles to the pot and pour the garlic butter over them, tossing until evenly coated.
Add 1 cup parmesan cheese and toss until distributed and lightly melted into the noodles.
Transfer the noodles into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup parmesan evenly over the top.
Bake for 18–22 minutes until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
Broil for 1–2 minutes for a deeper golden top.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
