Arrange the chicken thighs in a single layer in the prepared pan.

Let the seasoned chicken rest at room temperature for 10 minutes.
Bake on the center rack for 40 minutes, or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part without touching bone reads 180°F.
