Orange Cream Cheese Loaf Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened Land O'Lakes Light Butter, Kraft 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese, and Splenda until light and fluffy.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Remove the loaf from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Once the loaf has cooled, dust it with powdered sugar if desired (use sparingly) and serve.
