Old Bay Crab Cakes Directions:

  • In a large bowl, combine the lump crab meat, crumbled crab meat, mayonnaise, chopped onion, mustard, Old Bay seasoning, eggs, and cayenne pepper. Mix gently until fully combined.

  • Form the mixture into 12 equal crab cakes using your hands.

  • Roll each crab cake in the crushed saltine crackers, coating them completely.

  • Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking oil spray and heat over medium heat.

  • Place crab cakes in the skillet and cook for 6 minutes, flipping once, until both sides are golden brown and the center is hot.

  • Remove from the skillet and place on a plate lined with paper towel. Serve hot.
