  • 1 can (10 oz) Chicken of the Sea Lump Crab Meat

  • 1 can (10 oz) Chicken of the Sea White Crab Meat

  • 1/4 cup Hellmann’s Light Mayonnaise

  • 1/2 medium Spanish onion, finely chopped

  • 1/2 tsp French’s Classic Yellow Mustard

  • 2 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning

  • 2 large eggs (Eggland’s Best)

  • Cayenne pepper (to taste)

  • 24 Premium Saltine Crackers, crushed

  • Cooking oil spray (Pam Canola Oil)
