Coat both sides of chicken tenderloins with seasoning rub.
Wrap each tenderloin with a slice of bacon.
Preheat your smoker to 300°F.
Place seasoned and bacon-wrapped chicken on the smoker.
Add apple wood chips for smoke flavor.
Smoke at 250-300°F.
Flip after an hour.
Cook until chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature.
