  • Spread half of the garlic butter mixture evenly over one tortilla.
  • Sprinkle half of the shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese (about 1/2 cup) over the buttered tortilla.
  • Place the second tortilla on top and repeat the process with the remaining garlic butter mixture and mozzarella cheese.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the assembled tortilla stack in the air fryer basket. Cook for about 5 minutes or until the tortillas are crisp and the cheese is melted.
