Light Lemon Bundt Cake with Vanilla Glaze Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the inside of a bundt pan.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine sugar-free cake mix, lemon Greek yogurt, and water. Mix until smooth.

  • Pour batter into the prepared bundt pan.

  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  • Remove from oven and let cool to room temperature on a wire rack.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  • Once cooled and removed from pan, drizzle glaze evenly over the top.

  • Slice into 12 even pieces before serving.
