Lemon Tart Ingredients:

For the crust:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (King Arthur)

  • 1/4 cup almond flour (Bob’s Red Mill)

  • 2 tbsp powdered sweetener (Swerve)

  • 3 tbsp light butter (Land O Lakes Light Butter)

  • 3 tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt (Chobani)

  • 1 large egg (Eggland’s Best)

For the filling:

  • 3/4 cup lemon juice (ReaLemon)

  • 1/2 cup powdered sweetener (Swerve)

  • 4 tbsp light butter (Land O Lakes Light Butter)

  • 2 large eggs (Eggland’s Best)

  • 2 large egg yolks (Eggland’s Best)

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch (Argo)

For decoration:

  • 2 tsp powdered sweetener (Swerve)

  • 2 thin lemon slices
