  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour (King Arthur)

  • 1 cup fat-free buttermilk, room temperature (Kemp's)

  • 2 tbsp light butter, melted (Land O'Lakes Light)

  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice (ReaLemon)

  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest (from fresh lemons)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (McCormick)

  • ½ teaspoon salt (Morton)
