Ingredients:
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. All-purpose flour
1 c. milk
1 c. chemical yeast
1 piece of melted butter or margarine
a pinch of salt
1 liter of peaches, peeled and sliced
How to make :
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Pour melted butter or shortening into the bottom of a 9" x 13" baking dish.
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, milk, baking powder, and a pinch of salt until well blended.
Pour batter mixture over butter or shortening, but do not stir.
Spread the peach slices over the mixture in the dish, but do not stir.
Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown and cooked through.
