John Wayne Casserole Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large bowl, mix Bisquick and water until just combined.

Spread the dough evenly into the bottom of the baking dish using a spatula sprayed with nonstick spray.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef, diced onion, and bell pepper for 5–6 minutes until beef is browned. Drain excess grease.

Stir in taco seasoning, Rotel, and corn. Cook an additional 2–3 minutes.

Evenly spread the meat mixture over the biscuit base.

In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, and 1 cup of the cheese until smooth.

Spread this mixture over the beef.

Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup cheese on top.

Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly browned.

Let cool for 5–10 minutes before serving.
