Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
Cook 1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat. Mix in taco seasoning.
Add in green chiles and salsa.
Spread beef mixture in the pie dish.
Top with 1 cup grated cheddar cheese.
In a bowl, whisk 1/2 cup Bisquick mix, 1 cup milk, and 3 eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour Bisquick mixture over the cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes until golden and set.
Cool slightly before serving. Serve with your favorite toppings.
