Cornstarch and Coconut Cake Directions:
Start by preheating your oven to a medium temperature, around 180°C. Next, spread margarine and sprinkle flour on a large mold to prepare your delicious cake.
In a large container or bowl, place the margarine and eggs. Beat until you obtain a smooth and uniform mixture.
Add the coconut milk alternately with the wheat flour and cornstarch, both previously sifted and combined.
Continue adding the sugar as well. Continue beating for about a minute, until the mixture reaches consistency.
Remove the bowl from the mixer and add the baking powder. Mix carefully, from bottom to top, so as not to lose the fluffiness of the mixture.
Pour the preparation into the mold you had prepared and put it in the preheated oven. Let cook for about 35 minutes, or until a toothpick or knife inserted into the cake comes out clean.
Once the cake is ready, remove it from the oven and let it cool.
Finally, you can cut it into portions and enjoy it with a cup of fresh coffee.
