Directions:
Heat salted water in a saucepan
Put the flour in a large bowl

Make sure that the dough is compact and without bubbles.
Place the portions of churros on a kitchen towel
Heat the oil in a frying pan and when the temperature reaches 200 degrees, fry the churros
Fry the churros over medium heat to prevent them from being excessively browned on the outside and raw on the inside.
Put the fried churros on a tray with kitchen paper so they lose excess oil
Sprinkle with sugar and they are ready to serve.
