Healthy Cookies Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).

  • In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas and combine with the unsweetened applesauce.

  • Add vanilla extract and cinnamon, and stir until evenly mixed.

  • Stir in the oat bran until fully incorporated.

  • Add the almond milk and fresh blueberries, and mix until evenly distributed.

  • Fold in the sugar-free dark chocolate chips.

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  • Spoon portions of the mixture onto the baking sheet and flatten slightly.

  • Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the cookies are firm and lightly golden.

  • Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
