  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth (instead of beef broth)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (240 milliliters)
  • 1/2 cup shredded fat-free cheddar cheese (approximately 50 grams)
  • 2 ounces fat-free cream cheese (60 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (15 milliliters)
  • 1 teaspoon dried mustard powder (2 grams)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
