Ground Beef Tortilla Wraps Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  • Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.

  • Add chopped onion and garlic; sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.

  • Add ground turkey and cook for 5–7 minutes until fully browned.

  • Stir in salt, black pepper, paprika, cumin, and chili powder.

  • Add tomato salsa and cook for another 3 minutes. Remove from heat.

  • Lay tortillas flat and evenly spread the turkey mixture over each.

  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of the meat.

  • Roll each tortilla tightly into a log.

  • Place rolls seam-side down on the prepared tray.

  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the top of each roll.

  • Bake for 15–18 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden.

  • Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm.
