Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and garlic; sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.

Add ground turkey and cook for 5–7 minutes until fully browned.

Add tomato salsa and cook for another 3 minutes. Remove from heat.

Lay tortillas flat and evenly spread the turkey mixture over each.
