In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and granulated sugar until evenly combined.

Press firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch glass pie dish using the bottom of a measuring cup to compact evenly.
Refrigerate the crust for 20 minutes to firm.
In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, lemon zest, Greek yogurt, and sea salt for 1 minute until smooth and slightly thickened.
Pour the lemon filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
Refrigerate uncovered for 4 hours until fully set and firm to the touch.
