  • 1 large onion, roughly chopped

  • 1 medium green cabbage, chopped into large chunks

  • 1/2 cup vegetable stock (Swanson Vegetable Broth)

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (McCormick)

  • Kosher salt, to taste

  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
