  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.

  • Gradually add the warm water and olive oil, stirring until a soft dough forms.

  • Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 5 minutes until smooth.

  • Cover with a damp cloth and let rest for 15 minutes.

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  • Roll out the dough into a thin oval or rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.

  • Place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
