Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a standard baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain all excess fat completely.

  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the beef and mix thoroughly.

  • Add the cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until evenly combined, then remove from heat.

  • Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten each into a 4-inch circle.

  • Place 2 tbsp of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each dough round.

  • Fold the dough over the filling and pinch firmly to seal into a ball.

  • Combine melted butter and grated Parmesan cheese in a small bowl.

  • Lightly brush the tops of each bomb with the butter-Parmesan mixture.

  • Arrange on the prepared baking sheet with at least 2 inches between each piece.
