Garlic Crescent Loaf Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F and thoroughly grease a 9x5 inch metal loaf pan with cooking spray.
Open both cans of crescent dough and keep each dough cylinder intact without unrolling.
Place the two dough logs side-by-side in the prepared loaf pan so they touch and fit snugly.
Drizzle the olive oil evenly over the tops of both logs and brush to coat the surface completely.
Sprinkle garlic salt evenly over the dough and add optional parsley, Italian seasoning, or parmesan if using.
Bake on the center rack for 17 minutes until the loaf has risen to fill the pan and the top is deep golden brown.
Remove from oven and rest in the pan for 5 minutes.
Transfer to a cutting board and slice into 8 thick slices, each approximately 1 inch wide.
