French Toast Bites Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Place oyster crackers in a large mixing bowl and set aside.

  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine light butter and brown sugar substitute. Stir until melted and well combined.

  • Bring to a gentle boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly, then remove from heat.

  • Pour the mixture over the crackers and gently stir with a rubber spatula until evenly coated.
