Crustless Quiche Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly coat a pie dish with non-stick cooking spray.

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced vegetables and sauté until tender. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs and fat-free milk together. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.

  • Sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese over the bottom of the prepared pie dish.

  • Add the sautéed vegetables and diced ham or turkey bacon evenly over the cheese.

  • Pour the egg and milk mixture over the layered ingredients.
