Crockpot Goulash Directions:

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground turkey until fully cooked. Drain any excess liquid.

  • Add the diced onions and bell peppers to the skillet and cook until softened.

  • Transfer the turkey and vegetable mixture into a 6-quart slow cooker.
