Crockpot Cheesesteak Potato Casserole Directions:

  • Spray a large nonstick skillet with olive oil and heat over medium. Add ground beef and cook for 6–7 minutes until browned. Drain excess liquid.

  • In a crockpot, combine browned beef, potatoes, all bell peppers, and onion.

  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine evenly.

  • Pour in fat-free half & half and mix well.

  • Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top, do not stir.

  • Cover and cook on low for 5 hours or high for 2½–3 hours until potatoes are tender and cheese is melted.

  • Gently stir before serving to blend the creamy cheese sauce throughout.
