  • Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F) or set the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
  • Cut the cauliflower into large pieces and place them in a big bowl.
  • Add the cornstarch to the cauliflower, ensuring every piece is covered.
  • Drizzle the oil over the cauliflower, making sure each piece is evenly coated.
  • Grind the tortilla chips in a blender until they reach a coarse crumb texture. Add them to the cauliflower along with the paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt. Mix well until all pieces are coated.
  • Place the cauliflower on an oven tray or in the air fryer basket. Bake for 15 minutes, turning them every 5 minutes for even crispiness. Cook longer if you prefer them extra crispy.
