  • Cook shell pasta according to package directions in salted water. Drain and set aside.

  • Season steak with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika; toss to coat.

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and sear 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

  • Lower heat to medium, add butter and minced garlic; sauté 1 minute until fragrant.
