1/2 cup water
1 tsp minced garlic
1 (.7 oz. ) packet of dry Italian dressing mix ( I use Good Season's )
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 oz. 1/3 less fat cream cheese ( room temperature)
1 ( 10.5 oz.) Healthy Request cream of chicken soup, not diluted.
Pinch of fresh or dry parsley, for garnish
