Ingredients:
1 lb Louisiana crawfish tails
1/4 c oil
1/4 c flour +1 tablespoon
1 med onion
1/2 c green bell pepper (I did 1 cup)
1/2 c red bell pepper (I did 1 cup)
I added 1/2 cup diced celery
2 tablespoons garlic** (I did 2 garlic coves diced)**
1 15oz can Bay Harbor seafood stock
1 cup water
1 bay leaf
1/2 cap liquid crab boil
1/2 teaspoon basil, 1 teaspoon McCormick garlic& herb, 1/2 teaspoon thyme, salt, pepper or any season of your choice
2 tablespoon fresh parsley
