Directions:
Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set it aside.
In microwavable bowl, heat up chocolate on high for 2-3 minutes until almost melted. Stir halfway and continue until melted.
Mix in cranberries and nuts. Spread into baking pan.
Put in fridge for at least 1 hour or until firm. Break into pieces.
Optional: You can customize this recipe by adding a sprinkle of sea salt over the top before the white chocolate has hardened, enhancing the flavor combination even more.
