Coffee Chocolate Fluff Directions:
In a small heatproof bowl, stir together the instant coffee granules and hot water until the coffee is fully dissolved. Let it cool to just warm.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk the cocoa powder to break up any lumps. Add the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt, then whisk until smooth, glossy, and thick.
Whisk the cooled coffee mixture into the chocolate-condensed milk base until evenly combined.
In a separate large bowl, stir together the plain 0% Greek yogurt and blended plain 0% cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.
Gently fold the coffee-chocolate mixture into the yogurt-cottage cheese base in three additions, folding slowly so the mixture stays light and softly whipped.
Spoon the mixture into a medium vintage-style glass serving dish or individual glass dessert cups. Smooth the top lightly with the back of a spoon and create a few soft swirls on the surface.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until chilled, thickened, and softly set.
Serve cold straight from the refrigerator. For serving, lightly dust the top with a small amount of unsweetened cocoa powder or finely grated dark chocolate if desired, but add extra WW points if using chocolate.
