In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs with almond milk and set aside.

Remove crusts from the bread slices and flatten each slice to 1/8 inch thickness using a rolling pin.

Spread a thick layer of the cinnamon filling over each slice.

Roll each slice tightly around the filling. Repeat for all slices.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tbsp butter.

Dip each roll in the egg mixture and place seam-side down in the skillet.

Cook 3–4 rolls at a time, turning every 1–2 minutes until all sides are evenly browned.
