Chicken Parmesan Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Lightly season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

  • Prepare three shallow bowls: flour in one, beaten eggs in the second, and breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan, oregano, and garlic powder in the third.

  • Dip each chicken breast into flour, then eggs, then breadcrumb mixture.

  • Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 2 minutes per side until lightly golden.

  • Place chicken into a baking dish, spoon marinara sauce over each, and sprinkle mozzarella on top.

  • Bake for 15–18 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and cheese is melted.

  • Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
