To prepare the homemade light Alfredo sauce, whisk together 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk), 1 tbsp cornstarch, 1 tbsp grated Parmesan (Kraft Reduced Fat Grated Parmesan Cheese), a pinch of garlic powder, and a pinch of black pepper. Simmer over medium heat until slightly thickened. Set aside.

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Spray a 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish with baking spray.

In a large mixing bowl of at least 4-quart capacity, combine shredded chicken breast, chopped broccoli, garlic powder, half of the Italian cheese, half of the Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.

Pour the remaining ½ cup of light Alfredo sauce evenly over the shells.

Sprinkle the remaining Italian cheese and Parmesan cheese on top.

Bake uncovered for 25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the dish is hot and bubbly.
