Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Coat a 9×13-inch metal baking pan with nonstick spray and line with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, combine dry cake mix, melted light butter, and 1 egg until a thick dough forms. Press evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
Sprinkle sugar-free chocolate chips evenly over the crust in a single layer.
In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese on medium speed for 2 minutes until completely smooth.
Add the 2 beaten eggs and mix for 1 minute.
Gradually add powdered zero-calorie sweetener and mix on low speed until fully smooth and creamy.
Pour the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chocolate layer and smooth the top.
Bake for 28 minutes at 350°F (175°C) until edges are set and the center is slightly soft but not liquid.
Cool in the pan for 1 hour at room temperature, then refrigerate for 1 hour before slicing.
