Cheesy Parmesan Mozzarella Crisps Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
  • Spoon small mounds of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each mound slightly with the back of the spoon to form circles.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until the edges of the crisps are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the crisps cool on the parchment paper for a few minutes. They will firm up as they cool.
  • Once cooled, gently lift the crisps off the parchment paper and transfer them to a serving platter.
