Cheesecake Brownies Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the unsweetened applesauce, stevia, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Slowly stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  • Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan, reserving about 1/4 cup of the batter for swirling.
