Cheddar Crusted Ground Beef and Rice Casserole Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook for 5 minutes until translucent.

  • Add ground turkey to skillet. Cook until browned, breaking up meat with a spoon.

  • Stir in garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
