Cheddar Biscuits Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the self-rising flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Add the plain non-fat Greek yogurt and mix until the dough begins to come together.
  4. Gradually add the unsweetened almond milk and cheddar cheese, folding gently until fully incorporated.
  5. Divide the dough into 8 portions and shape them into biscuits using your hands.
  6. Place the biscuits on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each one.
  7. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Brush the warm biscuits with melted light butter and optionally garnish with parsley.
