Banana Bread Brownies Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Prepare a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with nonstick spray and line with parchment paper. Spray parchment lightly and set aside.

  • In a large mixing bowl, add sweetener, sour cream, light butter, and eggs. Mix with an electric mixer until fully combined.

  • Add mashed bananas and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.

  • In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir to blend evenly.

  • Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

  • Pour batter evenly into prepared pan.
